Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. You can shop with confidence knowing your financial details are secure.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placement while your order is still in processing. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. Once your order has entered the shipping process, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Our shipping process includes:
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 days after shipping (via DHL or FedEx) – $12.95
- Free Shipping: 15-25 days after shipping (via EMS) – Available for orders of $50 or more
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide with the exception of Asia and select remote areas. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location. We’re constantly working to expand our shipping destinations!
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to follow your costume’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Why might my delivery be delayed?
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Your location and distance from our warehouse
- Customs processing for international orders
- Peak season volumes (especially around Halloween)
- Weather conditions or carrier delays
What should I do if my package is lost?
First, use your tracking number to check the status. If there are concerns, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on worn costumes unless defective.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
What if my costume arrives damaged or defective?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll happily replace the item or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
